A Meaningful Visit to Vietnam Children's Fund (VCF) 💙

On Wednesday, February 12th, we had the privilege of visiting the Vietnam Children's Fund (VCF) to hand over a donation of 36,760,000 VND for charity.

Accompanied by Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Truc, Principal of FIS Primary School, a group of Grade 6 students, teachers, and Admin staff had the opportunity to meet Mr. Nguyễn Ngọc Lân, Executive Director and Ms. Nguyễn Trần Kim Ngân, a VCF staff, who shared insights into VCF’s impactful work and the recipients of the donation.

The students engaged with thoughtful questions, which were warmly answered by the VCF team. It was an eye-opening experience, helping them understand the importance of compassion, generosity, and the power of charitable organizations in making a difference in the community. Specifically, our donation to Scar of Life program of VCF was what the students particularly listened to. They understood the meaning of the "scar" as a new beginning of life - after operation.

The family of Jay, Grade 5, donated hand-painted shirts for VCF beneficiaries. A second group of Grade 5 students will soon visit a patient after a procedure for congenital defect.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed—your kindness truly makes a difference!
