The 5th Graders enjoyed their trip to Ngoc Phuong Dentist's Clinic. They are happy to know that they take care of their teeth well! It is great to smile when we have great teeth indeed!
"Play or Exercise? A child's body doesn't know the difference. But their mind tells them when they're having fun!" Our Kinder Captains are obviously having fun on Fitness Fridays!
When children play outdoors, they're far more likely to invent their own games than in more structured settings-a key factor in becoming self-directed and inventive adults later in life." Can you guess what vehicle our little kinder captains created?
Grade 4 had a STEAM challenge: design a boat that floats. They were given various materials (cardboard, shells, wooden sticks, and corks) to create their boats. Finally, they were able to test their designs in water! Some floated better than others, but they had fun coming up with solutions to make their boats float better. Nice creations grade 4!
Grade 5 finished their blue-period paintings and practiced their framing skills. They demonstrated great teamwork and precise measurements to ensure a beautifully framed art work. Great job, grade 5!
Grade 2 students painted beautiful portraits of a Japanese water lily garden, inspired by famous French artist Claude Monet. These made perfect presents for International Women's Day. Wonderful work, Grade 2!
Our Grade 2 students are talented cooks who happily made a western dish popular with children around the world, 'Pigs in a Blanket.' They learned all about the value of making food they eat, and about the joy of cooking! Great Job!
