The Grade 4 and 5 students embraced the rich tradition of mooncake-making for the Mid-Autumn Festival! In ancient times, these delicious treats were made as an offering to the moon. It also means unity and prosperity. Today, our students continue this tradition, learning both the skill and the cultural meaning behind every mooncake. We are so thankful to and proud of Chef Quoc Anh who taught the rudiments of making mooncakes.
