With careful hands and bright eyes, they eagerly picked the crops we had planted together, marveling at every fresh veggie and leafy green. It was pure joy watching them connect with nature, learning the magic of growing our own food—one tiny harvest at a time!

FROM GARDEN TO TABLE: Fresh, school-garden-grown, and full of love! Nothing tastes better than food grown with care and shared with joy. The fruits of the shared responsibility of our school garden was a success! The 5th Graders started planting water spinach (rau muống) and the school community followed along with gourd (quả bầu), lady finger (đậu bắp), bitter gourd (khổ qua), elephant ear plant (cây bạc hà / dọc mùng), and eggplant (cà tím).
