Grade 2 did a wonderful job learning all the shapes and shadows found in eyes. Great job!

The 4th and 5th Graders were lucky to experience Bollywood with the exciting Parent Activity of Mr Raj Gautam, father of Laksh in Grade 5.  It was so fun to learn about different cultures! Thank you Mr. Raj and Laksh!

The 5th Graders designed their own paper roller coaster and learned the physics behind it. There were many trials and errors and a lot of lessons learned.

Teacher's Day was filled with so much love! Students expressed their gratitude for their teachers through beautiful cards, gifts, songs, speeches, dancing, and smiles. At FIS, we value education and our educators. We are so grateful for their continued hard work to ensure that our future leaders are well prepared to make our world a better place. Thank you to the Board of Directors for visiting our school and thank you to all of our FIS families for your continued support. We value you tremendously!

FIS are champions! The FIS team trained really hard with Mr. Dang, which led them to victory. Congratulations team! Our students learned a great lesson about dedication and perseverance. Thank you to all of the parents who came to cheer for our team. Also, thank you to Saigon Star for your great sportsmanship. We look forward to our football match in 2nd semester! Congratulations again FIS!!!

The 5th Graders learned about how our local Marou chocolates are made! We are almost chocolatiers knowing different tastes of chocolates because of the terroir (natural environments) where cacao is grown in Southern Vietnam. We even learned how to "eat" chocolate like an expert! We also learned tree-to-bar and bean-to-bar chocolate-making.

Our Grade 1 adventurers took their taste buds on a journey today at Pizza 4P's! From rolling dough to sprinkling cheese, these little chefs embraced the art of pizza-making in style. Learning while having fun - that's our motto! Thanks to Pizza 4P's for the warm welcome and the delicious experience. Here's to more tasty learning adventures!

On Wednesday, November 8, students spent a fun-filled afternoon at Pizza 4Ps, learning how to make pizzas! They were excited to don their hair nets and aprons, and learn all about the delightful process of pizza-making. Our Dependable Dragons learned that anything we do with hard work, love, and passion will always result in success, just like when making pizza. We also hope that a spark of inspiration has been ignited in our young Grade 2 students; maybe one day, they too will own their own pizza restaurant!
